Había hecho leche de almendras hace unos días y me quedó sin utilizar el bagazo restante. Para no tener que tirarlo mañana, necesitaba realizar una receta que tuviera que consumirlo hoy mismo y que además me resultara interesante. Se me ocurrió este invento de probar hacer hotcakes 😅

Lo comparto por si -al igual que yo- alguien realiza leches vegetales y le gusta aprovechar esta pulpa súper nutritiva y saludable como a mí 😋

  1. Bagazo de 1lt de leche vegetal (usé de almendras)
  2. 1/2 taza avena instantánea
  3. 2 bananas (maduras mejor)

Yo como lo acompañé con mermelada puse poco azúcar, (como claramente puede verse la mermelada no es casera, ojalá lo fuera) ciruelas ahora no hay 🤦🏻‍♀️ Por esto, no lo considero del todo saludable pero para un gustito está genial 😋
  4. NOTA: Con estas cantidades salen 4 hotcakes bien gorditos. En la foto se ven tres porque el primero me lo comí mientras hacía los otros 😂🤭
